JAPANESE CULINARY PLEASURES AT TEGERNSEE
To balance the traditional, down-to-earth cuisine in our restaurant in Rottach-Egern, the Gasthof zur Weissach, owner Korbinian Kohler opened the first and only Japanese restaurant in the Tegernsee Valley in 2015.
The exceptional interior design is inspired by many trips to Japan, but at the same time, he does not lose sight of his Tegernsee home in the details. Thus Far Eastern culture and Bavarian way of life fuse to a unique experience.
