The owner Korbinian Kohler skilfully selected all the furniture, fabrics and materials for the individually designed rooms, choosing natural materials from the Tegernsee region, such as Tegernsee reed linen for the curtains and the unique cupboards, among other things. A luscious breakfast buffet in the bright pavilion is offered to our guests every day. A popular place to enjoy the morning is the terrace adjacent to the pavilion with a view of the park and the Mühlbach stream.

Our 20 m Sole Pool, well tempered at 32 degress all year round, is situated in the outdoor area of the  MIZU ONSEN SPA. In the garden there is also a 90 degree outdoor sauna and a very cold natral water basin.
