Juliane Kupfer
Juliane Kupfer transforms complex science and years of experience in professional sports into effective nutritional strategies that can be applied in everyday life—strategies that become the invisible foundation for energy, regeneration, peak performance, and long-term health.
As a professional golfer with a handicap of 0, she competed in European championships. She later studied sports science, then nutritional science, supplemented her knowledge with training as a clinical psycho-neuro-immunology therapist, and is now writing her doctoral thesis at the Technical University of Munich in the field of “personalized nutrition.”
In a holistic health practice, she uses state-of-the-art laboratory diagnostics to identify exactly what the body needs. With this knowledge, she supports FC Bayern soccer pros, PGA Tour golfers, Olympians, ATP winners – as well as entrepreneurs who have to perform at the highest level.
On international stages, in podcasts, and on TV shows such as Sky Sports, she shows what really matters: supporting the body in a simple, precise, and sustainable way.
She makes visible what often remains invisible: nutrition as a lever for success and long-term health.
Joachim Nickelsen
Joachim knows what it feels like when life gets out of balance. After a life-changing diagnosis, he began to rethink and change course. His many years of practicing Japanese Zen, as well as various psychological training courses, have made him more alert, clearer, and more straightforward. And more grateful for what is, what matters.
Later, he added conscious nutrition and targeted exercise. These changes made him, born in 1964, fitter, more alive, and more powerful than he had been in decades.
He was an entrepreneur, management consultant, and executive for over 25 years. A fast-paced life that once pushed him beyond his limits. Ten years ago, he changed sides and now works independently as a systemic management coach.
Today, he supports entrepreneurs and top executives who have achieved a great deal and feel that it is now time to start a different kind of life: with a sense of serenity, meaning, and fulfillment—in their own lives and in the leadership of people and organizations.
Joachim creates spaces where you don't have to function. Instead, you can feel who you are again and what really matters in your own life.
