Tegernsee, May 2026 – Strategic Development of the Bachmair Weissach Group with New Executive Leadership

The Bachmair Weissach Group is restructuring its leadership team and welcomes Frank Nagel, a highly internationally experienced hotel manager, as the future Chief Executive Officer of the Group. At the same time, Natalie Fischer-Nagelwill assume responsibility for the operational management of the SPA & RESORT BACHMAIR WEISSACH as General Manager. Together, they bring an exceptionally qualified and sophisticated leadership team from the world of international luxury hospitality to the Group.

Both join from the Weissenhaus Private Nature Luxury Resort on the Baltic Sea, which they developed over more than a decade into one of Germany’s leading luxury resorts. One year after Korbinian Kohler, both were also honoured as “Hoteliers of the Year.”

Owner Korbinian Kohler warmly welcomes the Nagel family:

At the same time, Korbinian Kohler extends his special thanks to Thomas Kösters, the former CEO of the Bachmair Weissach Group, who, after ten years, is moving to the advisory board and has significantly shaped the successful and highly positive economic development of the Bachmair Weissach Group.

With this new leadership structure, the Bachmair Weissach Group consciously combines continuity in its brand identity with fresh impulses drawn from international luxury hospitality.
