How governmental techniques, moral concepts and social images are changing. Foucault's radical perspective.
Michel Foucault is one of the most influential philosophers of the 20th century. He has written studies on power, sexuality and truth with which he influenced the thinking of generations.
He gets to the bottom of apparently well-known philosophical, political and social science concepts in a kind of archaeological procedure and discovers what is hidden beneath the visible.
He believes that truth and knowledge arise in discourses and are only present in discourses. The concept of bio-power goes back to him. The radicality of his thinking has provoked much criticism. Foucault's thinking also opens up new perspectives on the manifold changes caused by the Corona pandemic and on the reactions that are by no means only conscious and planned.
