Health is our highest good and it is essential to protect it. Our philosophy is to create moments of joy for you and your family. Therefore, we understand it as our responsibility to be there for you to the fullest extent even in the current situation and care to make your stay a pleasure.

We, the Bachmair Weissach family, take this very seriously and execute all recommendations for action in terms of extended hygiene to protect against the virus.

All hygiene and spacing measures, as well as the changes to many procedures, services and offers, serve solely to protect the health and safety of our guests and the SPA & RESORT BACHMAIR WEISSACH team.

Please note that requirements and procedures may change depending on the virus reproduction rates. We will evaluate the situation on a daily basis and make immediate decisions as necessary. Considerately and consistently focusing on the protection of our guests and staff.

Therefore we have the following imperative guidelines for our guests:

- Please enter our premises only without symptoms.

- Please enter our public areas only with a mouth and nose protection.

- We refrain from direct contact such as shaking hands or hugging at this time and instead give you an even more heartfelt smile.

- We will also maintain a safe distance of 1.5 m to you.

- Please also note: Should there be a too high number of guests accumulating in one space on our premises, we have to introduce a limit of people present at the same time.

- Please support us by acting responsibly, for your own protection, and to make your and everybody else’s stay with us as joy filled as possible under the current circumstances.

Measures

To ensure that we can offer you a carefree time full of joy filled moments, we will implement the following measures in addition to the general recommendations:

RECEPTION

Valet parking:

We would be very happy to park your car for you. Of course with a mouth and nose protection, gloves and the necessary disinfection measures.

Luggage service:

We will be very happy to bring your luggage to your room. Of course with mouth and nose protection and gloves.

Elevator:

Please note that the maximum number of people allowed in the elevator is 2, or only more if from the same household.

Your Room:

For daily cleaning we use only virucidal detergents and disinfectants.
Disinfection sprays are available in all rooms.

We are very happy to offer you our evening turn down service, but only at your explicit request.

RESTAURANTS

In the restaurants we place the tables in compliance with the minimum distance prescribed. We have fixed table allocations and table times per guest or per family.

In the Morning:

Breakfast will be served according to the current regulations.

In the Afternoon:

Our hearty snack and cake is served on an étagère per seat.

In the Evening:

We recommend that guests who have only booked breakfast reserve early.

KIDS & TEENS CLUB

Health:

Sick children are not allowed in the Kids & Teens Club. Fever monitors are on site.

Face mask:

The wearing of a face mask is mandatory for caretakers and children over 5 years of age.

Hygiene Stations:

There are hygiene stations in front of the Kids Club and the arena where our guests, young and old, can get face masks, disposable gloves and disinfectants.

Cleaning and Disinfection:

All playing equipment is disinfected immediately after use.

Children's Programme

Even if the circumstances are different than usual, we assure you that our children's programme will delight the little ones as always.

Please book your yoga sessions early. Please place your soft drink directly at your yoga mat.

Reservations are unfortunately not possible. Here we proceed according to the principle: First come, first serve

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Face Mask:

Wearing face masks for guests and employees is mandatory.
Cleaning and disinfection:
The shuttles are disinfected after each trip.

Occupancy:

The passenger seat may not be used. For families we offer our Mercedes bus driver service. 2 persons may be driven on the back seat of our Porsche.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

General recommendations that make it easier for us to relax and feel good:

Regular Room Ventilation
Thorough Room Cleaning
Distance Rules:

The general rule is to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters. The maximum number of people in the room is also linked to the distance requirement. It therefore depends on the settings of the rooms.

Mouth and Nose Protection:

Wearing an MNC (mouth-nose cover, "community mask", everyday mask) or an MNP (mouth-nose protection) can help to reduce transmissions within the hotel, especially by pre- and asymptomatically infected persons, and thus also protect risk groups from transmissions (external protection).

Diseases:

Symptomatic persons are not allowed to enter the hotels (even with mild symptoms). If symptoms occur during the stay, immediate isolation and the need for immediate medical clarification shall be indicated. Quarantine measures for contact persons must be implemented immediately and consistently. Quarantine and isolation must be carried out according to current standards and in close cooperation with the responsible health authorities.

If the worst comes to the worst

General information about your holiday booking: 

Your holiday bookings are: cancelable free of charge 7 days before arrival and are to be confirmed with a 50% deposit 7 days before arrival.
 
If we are unable to open due to the Corona pandemic, we offer our guests the following options:

Rebooking to another travel period (upon request and subject to availability)
Issue of a voucher 
Retransfer of the down payment
